Thank you for purchasing Meyer cookware. We wish you years of cooking enjoyment.
The cookware is guaranteed by Meyer to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 1 year (or please refer to the period indicated on the warranty card of your purchased product) from the date of purchase.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the guarantee will provide the purchaser with an after sales service (in the case of a product out of production, a product of equal value will be supplied).
When returning your cookware, please include the original receipt or proof of purchase date or your email order confirmation together with the cookware.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Hestan is dedicated to producing a trusted brand of cookware. Hestan are manufactured and inspected to ensure high-quality standards.
They are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the cookware.
Hestan cookware is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal households for the lifetime of the product.
Should you have a problem, in the first instance please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Proof of purchase is required.
This Guarantee is subject to the following exclusions and conditions: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, overheating, failure to clean thoroughly after each wash, accidental damage, misuse or abuse. Stains, discoloration or fading caused by dishwasher use are not covered by this guarantee. Proof of purchase is required.
If a repair is not possible and a replacement is necessary and the original specification is not available it may be necessary to replace with a product of similar value. Please note that in the case of a set only the faulty item will be replaced. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this guarantee.
